Chicagoland Food Industry Scholarship
For students intending to work in the food industry
We believe that every student should have the opportunity to achieve their academic goals to advance their career in the food & beverage industry. These scholarships for students whose permanent address or who attend school in the Chicagoland area.
We offer scholarships of $2,500 for incoming freshmen & $5,000 for undergraduate & graduate students.
Mentorship opportunities
An added benefit for scholarship recipients will be the opportunity to have a mentor from the food science industry and/or academia. The Student Mentorship Program is being planned for a 3-month time period with a total of 6 meetings September-November 2025.
Requirements
- Applicants must be a US citizen or permanent resident and live in the Chicagoland area OR be attending a college in the Chicagoland area.
- All applicants must provide 2 references. References are required to complete the online reference form. Send this link to your references to be completed no later than February 23, 2024.
